How do I place an order?
Please place an order on our website. Please note that we only ship to U.S. addresses.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
 
When will I be charged for my purchase?
Your form of payment will be charged when your order ships.
 
Do you charge sales tax? How much sales tax will I pay?
Ohio residents are charged sales tax because that is where we are located. Residents of other states are not charged sales tax.


How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled. Once your order is packaged for shipment and your payment has been processed, you will have to start a return.
 
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow one to two days for processing and three to four days for shipping (longer during national emergencies and holidays).
 
 
RETURNS
 
How do I request a return or replacement?
We offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty on the O2 FRESH cannula cover oxygen tubing accessory. Live O2 FRESH will accept a return within 30 days of purchase and refund the purchase price.  We do not refund the cost of shipping. Returns due to damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or the merchandise cannot be returned. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or loss of merchandise and is only valid in the United States. If the product fails due to a material defect, please return it to the address below for a replacement.

Why do you charge for shipping?
Who doesn’t love free shipping? Unfortunately, given the rising inflation costs and fuel charges, at this time, we feel we have to require a minimum order of $12 or more for free shipping.
 
Where do you ship?
We ship the O2 FRESH cannula cover oxygen accessory within the continental United States plus Alaska and Hawaii. We welcome international purchases to India, the UK, Australia, Mexico and Canada through our Etsy shop "O2FRESHOXYGEN".

How much will the shipping cost?
We offer free US shipping with a minimum purchase of $12.

 
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?
Not at this time.
 
What happens if my package gets lost?
We’ll help you contact the carrier, but we do not take responsibility for your package once it has left our facility.

Do you have volume order discounts?
Yes, if you would like to place a bulk order for use in your facility, or to resell we would be happy to work with you on bulk pricing and minimum order quantities. Contact Melissa us and we will be happy to work with you.

 
WARRANTY​

The O2 FRESH cannula cover is covered by a one-year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or loss of merchandise. It is only valid in the United States. It does not cover lost product. If the product fails due to a material defect, please return it to the address below for a replacement.
