How do I place an order?
Patients are welcome to place an order on our website. Medical professionals who would like to place a bulk order and resellers may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for bulk order information. Please note that we only ship to U.S. addresses.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
Your form of payment will be charged when your order ships.
Do you charge sales tax? How much sales tax will I pay?
Ohio residents are charged sales tax because that is where we are located. Residents of other states are not charged sales tax.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled. Once your order is packaged for shipment and your payment has been processed, you will have to start a return.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow one to two days for processing and three to four days for shipping (longer during national emergencies and holidays).
How do I request a return or replacement?
Damages must be reported within three (3) days of receiving the merchandise. After that three-day period, the merchandise cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty on the O2 FRESH™ cannula cover oxygen tubing accessory. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or loss of merchandise and is only valid in the United States. If the product fails due to a material defect, please return it to the address below for a replacement.

Why do you charge for shipping?
Who doesn’t love free shipping? Unfortunately, given the rising inflation costs and fuel charges, at this time, we feel we have to charge for shipping. In the future, we hope to offer free shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship the O2 FRESH™ cannula cover oxygen accessory within the continental United States.
How much will the shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping of $5.00 per order.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?
Not at this time.
What happens if my package gets lost?
We’ll help you contact the carrier, but we do not take responsibility for your package once it has left our facility.

The O2 FRESH™ cannula cover is covered by a one-year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or loss of merchandise.
