How do I place an order?
Patients are welcome to place an order on our website. Medical professionals who would like to place a bulk order and resellers may contact us at email@example.com for bulk order information. Please note that we only ship to U.S. addresses.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
Your form of payment will be charged when your order ships.
Do you charge sales tax? How much sales tax will I pay?
Yes, we charge your state’s applicable sales tax.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled. Once your order is packaged for shipment and your payment has been processed, you will have to start a return.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow one to two days for processing and three to four days for shipping (longer during national emergencies and holidays).
Will my item be on sale?
Our O2 FRESH™ Nasal Cannula Covers are made from materials that are FDA approved for medical devices. The material has been tested to prove it isn’t a skin irritant and has both a biocompatibility certificate and a UL certificate. Our covers are made in the United States in a high-tech, veteran-owned facility. You can boil them, put them in through the top shelf of the dishwasher and sanitize them with a solution of hydrogen peroxide or isopropyl alcohol. The covers can be used dozens of times a day for three months or longer. When you get yours, you’ll instantly feel how solid it is and how reassuring its construction is. In short, we have put a great deal of thought, research and time into the development and creation of our unique nasal cannula cover. Our ear protectors oxygen tubing is also made in the United States. Because of our quality our prices may be higher.
How do I request a return or replacement?
Damages must be reported within three (3) days of receiving the merchandise. After that three-day period, the merchandise cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a One-Year Limited Warranty on the O2 FRESH™ Nasal Cannula Prong Cover oxygen tubing accessory. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or loss of merchandise and is only valid in the United States. If the product fails due to a material defect, please return it to the address below for a replacement.

Why do you charge for shipping?
Who doesn’t love free shipping? Unfortunately, given the rising inflation costs and fuel charges, at this time, we feel we have to charge for shipping. In the future, we hope to offer a flat rate or free shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship the O2 FRESH™ Nasal Cannula Prong Cover oxygen accessory within the continental United States.
How much will the shipping cost?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on where you are located.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?
Not at this time.
What happens if my package gets lost?
We’ll help you contact the carrier, but we do not take responsibility for your package once it has left our facility.

Using oxygen is hard. Where do I get support?
The COPD Foundation has a great social group that can be accessed here. The group is for everyone experiencing difficulty breathing. Even if you don’t have COPD, you will find community-driven, trustworthy information and support groups.
Right2Breathe runs weekly support group meetings for people with any respiratory illness. Recent speakers have talked about portable oxygen concentrators and the InCourage percussion vest for the movement of mucus out of the lungs.
